Whereas other States' oral presentations concentrated on Israel's violations, Spain decided, apparently, to concentrate on the obligations of all Nations, in regards to the consequences of such violations.
1) To cooperate to bring to an end the violation(s) of international law.
2) To take measures to end the breach of International law.
3) Obligation to bring to an end situations created by the breach.
4) Obligation not to make changes to the occupied territories including Jerusalem and Gaza.
5) Obligation not establish mission in the Holly City.
6) Obligation not to prevent or hinder resolution to the conflict.
7) Obligation not to recognize the results of a wrongful action and to aid in maintaining a situation that violates international law.
8) Obligation to prosecute any person who committed the breach of international law.
