US support for Israel–Hamas war and others, equals no support for the needy in US

Why is it that there is never enough money to support the national economy, while there are always monies for war adventures, apparently, violating the US Constitution, again and again?

" From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia"

"Following the eruption of the Israel–Hamas war, the United States began to send warships and military aircraft into the Eastern Mediterranean and supplying Israel with ammunition and military equipment.

The US stated that Israel would receive "whatever it needs" to support a counteroffensive against the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.[1] It also promised more military aid to Israel. On 20 October, President Biden announced that he had asked Congress for $14 billion in additional aid.[2]

Israel and the United States were becoming increasingly isolated amid growing global calls for a ceasefire,[3][4][5] with the latter vetoing multiple United Nation Security Council resolutions calling for a ceasefire and increased humanitarian aid to be allowed into Gaza.[6] International rights groups have condemned the U.S. for providing military and diplomatic support that risks complicity in war crimes.[7][8][9][10] Biden has faced increasing opposition to US support for Israel, including from within his own administration.[11]"

"As part of a record $38 billion agreement over ten years negotiated under former US President Barack Obama in 2016, US military aid to Israel exceeded $3.8 billion in 2023. Of the $3.8 billion in military aid given to Israel this year, half a billion was for Israel's missile defense."

Can anybody explain why Israel is given US taxpayer money well above everyone in the world?  Second, why would the US borrow money to give to other countries, in the first place?  Yet it denies help to those citizens, forced to sleep outdoors summer and winter.  Others, who were affected by train derailments or those whose drinking water was poisoned are ignored.

US taxes are increasing forever, just so those politicians can play the 'Big Donor' to the world.  Now, if all the US needs were met, which they are not, one could stomach giving aid to the needy of the Globe, but not for war equipment to facilitate more killings around the world.

For example, US tax revenue for 2022:

"Total Receipts: Up by 21 Percent in Fiscal Year 2022. In 2022, federal revenues amounted to $4.9 trillion—$850 billion (or 21 percent) more than the receipts recorded in 2021."  Monthly Budget Review: Summary for Fiscal Year 2022

The foregoing shows a 21 percent increase in taxes paid by the US taxpayers in 2022.  This percentage far exceeds the inflation rate of 6.5%, for that year.  The 21 percent increase in tax revenue, most likely, did not benefit the citizenry, but was, likely, spent on foreign aid.  It certainly was not applied to the reduction of the national debt, because the debt clock shows only a constant increase in liability.

Despite the massive US debt shown above, monies, in super large amounts, are flowing nonstop to Ukraine, for a war that has little or no chance to end well for Ukraine.
