OK ... HUR SAID, IN WRITING, ... WHAT 99% OF PEOPLE ALREADY KNEW FOR YEARS

It is hard to comprehend that the 'Court Jesters' still deny the undeniable fact that Biden is experiencing serious mental decline.  Like the Special Prosecutor hinted at, Biden would not be fit to stand trial, nor is he fit to be the President, by all accounts.  Personally, I feel empathy for him; he should be allowed to retire gracefully.  The world is making fun of him; worse they have lost respect for him and the country he is trying to lead.  Enough is enough, I think.  Israel's Prime Minister totally ignores Biden's requests regarding Gaza, obviously he does not respect him.

 Ronny Jackson, Joe Biden

"Texas GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, said special counsel Robert Hur's report "validates" what he and many Americans have known all along: President Biden has "serious issues." (Getty Images)

"Hur, who had been tasked with investigating Biden's mishandling of classified documents, described the president in a report this week as appearing like a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.""

""It validates what most of us have known," Jackson told Fox News Digital. "I've been saying since he was candidate Joe Biden that this man is not cognitively fit to be our president, our commander in chief and our head of state. I've been saying that over and over."

""Go back and look at the videos from whenever he was first vice president and compare them to now. It's not even the same person," Jackson added. "He's got some serious issues. I've been saying that for a long time. Now the report says that — the special counsel report came out and said exactly that. That was a special counsel appointed by the Biden DOJ, and they're saying the same thing that I and many Americans have been saying for a long time now.""

"Biden's address to the nation came just hours after Hur released his report, which did not recommend criminal charges against the president for mishandling classified documents. Those records included classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, among other records related to national security and foreign policy that Hur said included "sensitive intelligence sources and methods.""

"Addressing Biden's follow-up speech to the report, Jackson said the president made "all kinds of gaffes and proved in real time to the entire world that the report is accurate, that everything we've been thinking for the last three years is accurate."

"He's cognitively unfit to be our commander in chief, and it's going to be a problem for us," Jackson said."  Emphasis added.

Viewed from another angle:

It is hard to believe how sloppy some top classified documents were handled by a Vice President, and a President. Especially the way such documents were stored in a garage, by the former.  The large garage door, which is frequently wide open, when driving a car out and in, exposed these documents regularly, over the years.

What is very, very odd is, Trump got prosecuted, and Biden gets a free ride.  The kicker is, if Biden is considered as an old man with poor memory, unable to stand trial, apparently; what is this guy doing in the oval office to this very day?  As an aside, Trump had far better control of classified documents.

"Special Counsel Robert Hur said in a report that he opted against bringing criminal charges following a 15-month investigation because Biden cooperated and would be difficult to convict, describing him as a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.""

"While the special counsel has concluded that "no criminal charges are warranted," Hur's report also says that the probe "uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen."

The link below allows the reading of the full report issued by the Special Prosecutor.  Some paragraphs, shown below, were copied from this report.

" Report on the Investigation Into Unauthorized Removal, Retention, and Disclosure of Classified Documents Discovered at Locations Including the Penn Eiden Center and the Delaware Private Residence of President Joseph R. Eiden, Jr."

"Biden shared information, including some classified information, from those notebooks with his ghostwriter. FBI agents recovered the notebooks from the office and basement den in Mr. Biden's Delaware home in January 2023."

"Marked classified documents about Afghanistan. These documents from fall 2009 have classification markings up to the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level. They were found in a box in Mr. Biden's Delaware garage that contained other materials of great personal significance to him and that he appears to have personally used and accessed. The marked classified documents were found along with drafts of the handwritten 2009 Thanksgiving memo Mr. Biden sent President Obama in a last-ditch effort to persuade him not to send additional troops to Afghanistan. These materials were proof of the stand Mr. Biden took in what he regarded as among the most important decisions of his vice presidency."

"Mr. Biden wrote his 2007 and 2017 memoirs with the help of a ghostwriter. In a recorded conversation with his ghostwriter in February 2017, about a month after he left office, Mr. Biden said, while referencing his 2009 Thanksgiving memo, that he had "just found all the classified stuff downstairs." At the time, he was renting a home in Virginia, where he met his ghostwriter to work on his second memoir. Downstairs from where they met was Mr. Biden's office, where he stored his papers. He moved  out of the Virginia home in 2019, consolidating his belongings in Delaware-where FBI agents later found marked classified documents about the Afghanistan troop surge in his garage."
