Why is it that there is never enough money to support the national economy, while there are always monies for war adventures, apparently, violating the US Constitution, again and again?

Can anybody explain why Israel is given US taxpayer money well above everyone in the world? Second, why would the US borrow money to give to other countries, in the first place? Yet it denies help to those citizens, forced to sleep outdoors summer and winter. Others, who were affected by train derailments or those whose drinking water was poisoned are ignored.US taxes are increasing forever, just so those politicians can play the 'Big Donor' to the world. Now, if all the US needs were met, which they are not, one could stomach giving aid to the needy of the Globe, but not for war equipment to facilitate more killings around the world.

The foregoing shows a 21 percent increase in taxes paid by the US taxpayers in 2022. This percentage far exceeds the inflation rate of 6.5%, for that year. The 21 percent increase in tax revenue, most likely, did not benefit the citizenry, but was, likely, spent on foreign aid. It certainly was not applied to the reduction of the national debt, because the debt clock shows only a constant increase in liability.

"Berlin, Germany – Late last week, lawyers in Germany filed charges against some of the country’s most senior politicians, including Chancellor Olaf Scholz, accusing them of “aiding and abetting genocide” in the Gaza Strip.
The case on behalf of German Palestinians who have family in the besieged Strip centres around the issue of alleged complicity, given Germany’s continued support of Israel despite the incredibly high civilian death toll amid incessant bombardment.
“We the living must remember the dead in Gaza, tell their stories and fight for justice,” Nora Ragab, a migration researcher and one of the German Palestinians involved in the case, said in a statement.
Ragad’s motives for getting involved are both political and personal.
“My aunt and uncle were over 70 so, like a lot of the older people in northern Gaza, they decided to stay after evacuation orders were given,” she told Al Jazeera.
When an Israeli bulldozer arrived one day in November to demolish the newly built house next door, Ragab’s uncle went outside to ask the soldiers not to destroy the home because peaceful civilians lived there.
“The neighbours saw everything,” she recounted. “They told us he went outside with his hands up. But the soldiers shot him anyway. When my aunt tried to drag him back into the house, they shot her too.”
Ragab’s cousins returned home on November 24 to check on their parents during a pause in fighting. They found them dead in the courtyard. The couple were embracing. The cousins counted 60 bullet wounds.
“It is my responsibility to ensure people in Germany don’t look away,” Ragab said.
The legal case is being backed by a number of civil society organisations, including the European Legal Support Center, the Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy, and the UK-based Law for Palestine.
Lawyers filed charges against senior politicians who sit on Germany’s Federal Security Council after January’s interim ruling by the United Nation’s highest court, the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The ICJ said it was “plausible” that Israeli acts in Gaza might amount to genocide.
Germany’s Federal Security Council directs national security policy and authorises weapons exports. In addition to Scholz, Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, Economy Minister Robert Habeck, Finance Minister Christian Lindner and others also stand accused.
For Ragad, the act of bringing this charge against German politicians has been important.
“Of course, it’s not going to bring them back,” she said. “But we should be doing everything to try and stop this violence. Germany actually has a special responsibility because of its history. That is why it should take even the slightest accusation of genocide really seriously, investigate it and do everything possible to prevent and punish it.”
Statements, aid and weapons
The charges hinge on three main points, explained Nadija Samour, the German lawyer who filed the case with the country’s federal prosecutor.
Firstly, statements made in support of Israel by German government officials.
Secondly, the withdrawal of German funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, or UNRWA, the main provider of aid in Gaza.
The third point involves German weapons exports to Israel.
These rose from 32 million euros ($35m) in 2022 to 303 million euros ($328m) last year.
Most of the increase was approved by the German government after October 7. Currently, German politicians are considering sending Israel more tank shells.
Samour said that if the federal prosecutor thinks the case has legs, they will investigate the charges. If they do not, they have to explain why, she said.
Since the ICJ’s verdict, similar court cases have been launched elsewhere.
One in the US, against US President Joe Biden, has not been successful. Another in the Netherlands was successful and stalled exports of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel. Both cases are being appealed.
So can the German case succeed? Local law experts say it is unlikely.
“I don’t think this legal route will be successful,” said Stefan Talmon, a professor of international law at the University of Bonn. “The law around this topic is much too complicated.”
The ICJ decision is only an interim one, therefore the threshold for evidence is not as high, Talmon explained.
“So establishing that [German politicians] are responsible for aiding and abetting an act of genocide in the Palestinian territories seems to me to be incredibly difficult,” he told Al Jazeera.
There have been successful convictions like this in the past in Germany but these involved individuals helping an offender directly, Talmon noted.
Kai Ambos, a professor of international criminal law at the University of Gottingen, agreed.
“We need a main crime to [ascertain] secondary responsibility,” he wrote in an emailed interview. Although it can’t be completely ruled out, it’s “unlikely that the [federal prosecutor] will initiate a formal investigation,” he said.
It is not uncommon for German politicians to be charged in this way.
During her time in office, former Chancellor Angela Merkel had 407 charges filed against her, including for aiding and abetting murder.
Between 2021 and 2023, 55 charges were filed against Scholz. The federal prosecutor has so far declined to investigate them.
‘Lawfare’
But the charges filed last week are more of a political move, Talmon suggested, part of what international lawyers call “lawfare”.
“It is where one party – often the one that is at a military disadvantage – uses the law to their advantage,” he said. “It’s also a way of raising awareness, getting media attention and showing your own political base you’re doing something.”
The South African case against Israel at the ICJ is an example. Recent charges have also been brought by Ukraine against Russia.
“Still, as people say, something always sticks,” Talmon continued. “In a society like Germany, it may help raise awareness that the world is not quite as black and white as it is often portrayed here.”
The lawyers involved acknowledge the difficult political landscape in Germany, where pro-Palestinian protests were banned at one stage.
They are hoping for an investigation but if that does not happen, they are also happy putting pressure on politicians over the possible delivery of extra tank shells to Israel, a deal that has yet to be finalised.
A German government spokesperson told Al Jazeera that Germany believes Israel has the right to defend itself but that it should also abide by international humanitarian law.
“The German government is not closing its eyes to the huge suffering the conflict is causing people in the Gaza Strip,” the spokesperson said in an emailed statement. “We are calling for humanitarian pauses and corridors.”
Regarding potential weapons exports, he would only say these are decided “on a case-by-case basis after careful consideration”.

From what Bushnell allegedly said, one can deduct that it was his human conscience that prompted him to end his life. Apparently, he simple could no longer live with his past actions, ordered by an inhuman organization. Whatever it was it probably had to do with the current destruction in Gaza.

THE US WILL REGRET THIS!
While the current US Government acts on its apparent plan to increase the Democratic voter base by their open border policy, innocent victims pay the price. The latest example involves an illegal migrant from Venezuela, who reportedly was released on probation, within the US. In the last several years literally millions of illegals were released into the unsuspecting US population. Reportedly, after their release, really nobody knows where they may be within the country, at any given time.

Apart from the possible growth goal of the liberal voter base, there may be another reason for the open border policy. Labor costs are rising and the business community is not too thrilled about it. Now, this current invasion by illegals will most certainly result in increased competition, in the manual labor market, which will help to depress the labor costs because the country has been flooded with desperate people, willing to work for low wages. Bingo!
There could also be the desire to create a larger than life military force, whereby migrants could join up, to earn citizenship on fast track. For example Ukraine is short on military aged males; instead of weapons we could supply trained soldiers, perhaps. In an unhinged world, it sometimes helps to put oneself on the same level, to better understand the prevailing nuttiness.

WHOM ARE THEY KIDDING?
Whom are they kidding, indeed? If these newly planned settlements are
suddenly inconsistent with international law, what about all these
settlements built in years gone by? It is amazing what election
pressure will do to a political party. Should the people be fooled by

Why is it that elected civil servants, including the Presidents of countries, think that they can use taxpayer monies to fight their personal vendettas, while in office? Some hate the Russians because back in history their ancestors were ill-treated, while others have Jewish relatives by marriage, therefore, the Zionists can do no wrong. Politicians please don't bring your family problems to work, workers around the world are not allowed to do that, and the same applies to you!

ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL LAW ALL STATES MUST REFRAIN FROM RECOGNIZING AND SUPPORTING ACTS OF WRONGDOING BY ISRAEL
Ireland's oral submission to the International Court of Justice in regards to Israel's breech of international laws is well founded in law, and most certainly aids the 'ICJ' in reaching a clear guideline for the appropriate body of the UN, to reach a lawful resolution.
Moreover, any nation, which aids Israel to maintain any illegal situation in the occupied territory of Palestine, including Jerusalem, is equally guilty of breaching international law. That is, any action, which prevents Palestine to exercise its right to self-determination, is illegal.
Supply to Israel of weapons (bombs, etc) and money to acquire military armament, etc. result in the violation of International law for aiding and abetting the destruction of civilians (men, women and children) and civilian property, and necessary infrastructure to sustain life.

With the exception of a few countries, namely the US, UK, (weapons suppliers to Israel) and perhaps very few others who support Israel before the International Court of Justice, the vast majority stands behind Palestine, and its struggle for 'Self-Determination'.
Indonesia's oral presentation at the international court of justice echoes the opinions of the overwhelming majority of countries addressing the 'ICJ' in support of the Palestinian’s case before this court. It was well presented, in my opinion. As luck would have it, Dr. John Day left a comment on another post, indicating he was also impressed.

US DOUBLE SPEAK AT THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE
While US weapons do the killing, the US appears to insist that the court strongly considers the original goal, to have this conflict resolved through negotiations by both parties. While this is certainly a noble goal, facts on the ground have proved otherwise. Moreover, Israel has consistently demonstrated its unwillingness to consider a 'Two State' solution. It is naive to think that after more than 47 years of abuse, negotiation is the answer. The US appears open to have this impasse last another 47 years or more. I.E. give Israel more time, not only to change the geographic picture on the ground, by continued increases in Settlements, but also, displacement of all Palestinians one way or another, apparently, to make room for these expansions, illegal as these are, according to many UN resolutions, ignored by Israel.

After 47 years of impasse, it is about time to create a Palestinian State, the same way that the Israeli State was created, namely by an external edict similar to the Balfour Declaration.
There are of-course lesser other means, one of which is, a) Palestine declared itself a State, a while back, and a good number of countries recognized it as such, however, major countries stood on the sidelines, and should to the same now, and b) the Arab/Muslim nations defeat Israel, and then all recognize a Palestinian State and the whole world must also. Needless to say, a) a possible bloodless option would be the preferred outcome.

China explained, by referring to International Laws, that the struggle of the Palestinians against their Occupier, Israel, could include the use of weapons, for the purpose to enforce their right to self-determination. Since the occupation exits for at least 47 years, or more, Israel cannot claim control over the territories for administrative purposes, which only applies to short term occupations, per international law.

WILL THEY SURVIVE?
Imagine these are your children. It is winter, their clothing is wet, their feet are without socks and shoes, and they have little to no food, or water, most of the time. These children are living in hell; death is knocking at the door. Yes, the world forgot about these children. The last 75 years the world looked the other way, while Israeli settlers stole their homes and land, while the 'IDF' looked on; land the people were living from. The Palestinian people (not animals as the ZIONISTS call them) are living in conditions that mirror the conditions experienced, by Jews, in German concentration camps. From my personal experience of WW II, the Palestinians have it far worse. The Germans slept in their beds; they had water and minimum food, and took shelter in reinforced cellars, to hide during heavy bombardments. All of these things, the Palestinians are lacking

The foregoing statistics tell that during, so called, normal times, in Gaza very few, if any, had sufficient food to be free of hunger. Almost one percent of them were acutely malnourished, i.e. these were starving. It is quite possible that these statistics were understated, knowingly or unknowingly. Also, most parents, naturally, eat less in order to provide more food for their children.
Pictures and videos of Gaza over the many years gave a different impression, we saw people living in abject misery, for as long as one can remember.

From the foregoing it becomes clear that Dr. Tedros (no medical doctor) is, apparently, the perfect individual to head a questionable organization, such as the WHO.
This is an easy forecast by the WHO; everybody made so much money that naturally they, most likely, want to do it again. The extra bonus appears to be population reduction that makes it two for one. It is no accident that the 'WHO' crowd is already talking (read planning) about disease X. Like these yearly Flu shots, which, apparently, are less that 50% effective, they are nevertheless highly effective in bringing in large sums of money, for Big Pharma, and their underlings.
These type of warnings, serve only one purpose, it primes the citizens of the world to get ready to panic, and stand inline for the next miracle vaccine that will be as ineffective as the last one. Then again, they won't care while busy recording record profits. Profits earned by extracting taxpayer monies, willingly provided, by the in-line world Governments, to Big Pharma.
Was it not the 'WHO' who took forever to declare a pandemic, in the case of COVID-19, probably to protect China, so the story goes? Now these scoundrels are in the process to give themselves even more powers, per the rumblings on social media ... are they not?
US records and analysis exist that show that within a three-month period over one million people died due to COVID vaccines injected into them. To this day the WHO has failed to order a stop to this apparent mass killing. Now they seek even more powers, to possibly do more harm in the future?

"It’s important for countries to work together to address global public health priorities, including responding to pandemics; however, there are strong reasons why this treaty should be concerning to Canadians.
Of greatest concern, the treaty could give the WHO the legal ability to direct Canada’s future pandemic response, including mandating any range of measures from lockdowns to social distancing to specific vaccines approved for distribution within Canada. The treaty will define and classify what is to be considered a pandemic, and this could consist of very broad classifications.
The WHO has acknowledged that “any new agreement […] is drafted and negotiated by governments themselves, who will take any action in line with their sovereignty.” In the working draft of the treaty, they have listed “sovereignty” as one of 12 principles to guide the implementation. However, it is uncertain how this principle will be respected in the context of a comprehensive accord that the INB has already concluded should be legally binding on signatory nations, and would necessarily include compliance measures. Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO’s Director-General said, “The importance of a legally binding instrument cannot be overstated: it will be our collective legacy for future generations.”
Canada must be careful to not sign anything that could give away our sovereignty on health care, even if there is tremendous international pressure to do so for the sake of pandemic preparedness. It also does not make sense for this government to sign onto a legally binding treaty governing future pandemic response when Canada still has not had a national inquiry into our pandemic policies and outcomes. In essence, we can’t prepare for the future when we haven’t learned the lessons from the past.
Furthermore, if the government fails to be transparent with Canadians as it ratifies a far-reaching expansion to WHO jurisdiction and powers, it will undermine the democratic rights of Canadians to determine their own governance. While there has been some stakeholder consultation to date, there has been very little public awareness and engagement regarding this unprecedented treaty, and no parliamentary scrutiny."

The concerns of Canada apply equally to the rest of the world. The WHO, who failed the world at the start of COVID-19, now wants to be the sole judge on everything from declaring a pandemic to what vaccines are to be used, social isolation, etc., etc. They want to continue to punish doctors who treat their patients with off-label drugs that work, like 'Ivermectin', for example. This is an organization that failed the people, but helped Big Pharma and others to make ungodly profits with ineffective vaccines. Whom are they trying to fool?
