Unlike their Government, the German people recognize a wrong when they see it.

"A new survey revealed that a vast majority of people in Germany are against Israel's ongoing attacks on Gaza, contrary to the government's unwavering support to Tel Aviv.
Some 69% of Germans said they believe that Israel’s military actions in Gaza are unjustified as they have claimed too many civilian lives. Only 18% voiced support for Israel’s ongoing military offensive."
Some 87% of those surveyed said the Western countries should put more pressure on the Israeli government to ensure the delivery of more humanitarian aid to the Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
The representative poll was commissioned by the German public broadcaster ZDF and conducted by the foundation Forschungsgruppe Wahlen between March 19 and 21.
Despite growing public pressure, the German government remains one of the strongest supporters of Israel’s military offensive against Hamas in Gaza. Chancellor Olaf Scholz has repeatedly said that his country bears special responsibility for Israel due to its Nazi past.
Israel has waged a deadly military offensive on Gaza since an Oct. 7 cross-border attack led by Hamas in which nearly 1,200 Israelis were killed."
Germany's clown Chancellor Olaf Scholz, apparently, thinks that two wrongs produce a right. This man is a great danger to Germany, and is the architect of Germany's demise. He keeps quiet while others destroyed their cheap energy source. What a clown indeed!
East Germany was jealous of West Germany, however, after unification East German politicians, like Angela Merkel and her former assistant Olaf Scholz managed to really screw up Germany. First, Merkel opened the border and let everybody come in; she stated after, "Germany will never be the same"; she was right. Second, Olaf Scholz was complicit to blow-up the North Stream gas pipeline; he did not stop this madness, and again Germany will never be the same. Apparently, in prior years, West Germany was looking down on East Germany. In retrospect, both brought Germany down from its higher position.
