Why do political chacters place their hand on the Bible and swear to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution and then ignore it?

A followup question would be, why is the Citizenry OK with these repeated theatrics?

Calling protesting students mobs and antisemitic agitators is not appropriate; these students apply what they have learned from their respective schools of learning.  Namely, that freedom of expression and assembly is enshrined in Amendment 1 of the constitution.  It is the duty of all peoples around the world, especially schools of learning, to denounce an ongoing genocide in Palestine; this includes even the President, and those aspiring to become one.

  • First, denouncing those who physically carry out this current Genocide and those who supply weapons of mass-destruction, for the purpose to enable Genocide is perfectly acceptable, for they respect international conventions and laws adopted to prevent Genocide.
  • Second, denouncing the inhuman Israeli Zionist Government (mass-murders) is not antisemitism. It is the duty of all occupying this planet.
  • All of the foregoing sentiments are aligned with the preliminary findings of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
  • Israel is a signatory to the United Nations Genocide Convention, giving the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the highest UN legal body, jurisdiction to rule on disputes over the treaty. All states that signed the convention are obliged not to commit genocide and also to prevent and punish it.

The word Antisemitic has been weaponized, for some time now, to shut down any opinion, objection, etc. that is contra to the established mantra pontificated by authorities, of any kind.  It is similar in application, like the word Racism, it has essentially the same effect, it means shut-up and go away.  Sadly, words like the ones shown above tend to make people afraid and therefore rather self-censure to avoid certain situations.  This appears to be the goal of the autocrats, from the start.

Trump on his Truth platform wrote "STOP THE PROTESTS NOW!!!"

Really, who gave him the authority to order the students, in this manner, thus nullify the First Amendment of the Constitution, which protects their peaceful assembly, expressions and demands?

Sending pro Israeli agitators to instigate problems, only to project these actions onto peaceful protesters is an old trick, and most people no longer buy this tactic.  It is shameful at best.

Is it not a fact that the students are the customers, of these schools of learning, and therefore have a right to choose humanity over Genocide and corruption?  These schools have a legal obligation to stop any and all investments that aid Israel to continue Genocide.  According to International Law, all must prevent Genocide and punish the guilty.  It is the law!  In general, International law signed by a country is usually treated as national law by the courts.  In other words, international laws applicable to the country equally apply to the Citizenry as well.

  1. Greed has replaced honor, but that is always temporary in history, because it destroys a culture.
