"Trump: ‘We’re not letting the radical left morons take over’"

"Former US President Donald Trump, weighing in on the anti-Gaza war protests at US universities, denounced “the radical left morons” and thanked the police officers who cracked down on protesters at UCLA and Columbia."

What about the "radical right and left morons/war mongers"one might ask?

There is no longer daylight between Biden and Trump, apparently.

The upcoming election no longer seems to offer the Citizenry a choice between two candidates; it no longer matters who will be President.  From their public speeches, as far as civil rights are concerned, both are ready to violate the constitution, as related to the First Amendment.   By their autocratic pronouncements it is clear, in which direction the country is dragged.   Both have attacked the moral position that the students have adopted, supposedly under the First Amendment protection; think again.

The police actions against the students, shown on digital media, are reminiscent of Kent University, back in 1968; it may be just a matter of time before somebody will be killed.  These students, our next generation, happen to not agree with the crimes their Government became part of.  Moreover, let us not forget that the current generation is loading up on astronomical debts that this next generation is stuck with, for decades to come.

If this borrowed or printed money would be for the good of the country, one might try to understand this madness.  However, since much of it is for wars by foreign countries and their military and financial needs, which divert money needed for solving homeland problems, one is hard-pressed to see the logic behind it.  For example, the US taxpayer, apparently, pays for running the Ukrainian Government, salaries and pensions, etc., plus most of the military needs to help keep the killing going, for the benefit of the Military Industrial Complex (MIC), no doubt.

Under normal circumstances, when one hires a servant to clean ones house, it does not allow the servant to buy cleaning supplies for all your neighbors on your account, does it?  Well, what is going on with all Governments around the world, they steal from taxpayer monies and take out loans, to finance their adventures, while violating the law of the land.  As a net result, their individual country's needs are ignored, thus running their country into the ground, for the benefit of others.

So, what is the big deal about elections?  Once elected Civil Servants become the undisputed masters (by force if needed) for four years, are they not?  When one complains because the elected ignore the needs of the Citizenry, or become complicit in unlawful behavior, the servants call the police to beat one up and throw one in jail.  In the end, the Citizenry is forever controlled because for they have only one day every four years, when they can replace one tyrant for another, it seems.

What makes matters even worse, members of Congress are forever in need of money, to afford their next expensive election campaigns, which makes it very easy to influence them.   Is it any wonder that they look first after number one, then serve their benefactors before the needs of their constituents?  Should some breadcrumbs, accidentally, fall from the table, for their constituents to enjoy, it was probably unavoidable.  If this picture is incorrect, then why would they, in a bipartisan manner, approve the sending and spending of hundreds of billions of dollars for military actions in Ukraine and Palestine, just to mention a few?  To be clear, all of these adventures violate the Constitution, because the homeland is under no immediate threat of being invaded.

Finally, it is the protection of the 'freedom of expression and assembly', under the First Amendment, that makes a free country (Republic)! Once this protection is removed, or infringed upon, then we are looking at a dictatorship.

Having spent some time, in my younger years, in a dictatorship, I know the signs of it, and I am worried about what is currently going on worldwide.
