 Someone once said, I don't remember who, until the Israelis are defeated in a war, there is no way to stop their illegal desire to create a greater Israel, at the expense of the Palestinians.  I thought, at the time, this is utter nonsense, however, in light of what is going on there today, I can no longer think that.

ICJ JUDGE SEBUTINDE, A PERSON WITHOUT A SHRED OF HUMANITY IN HER BODY, OR JUST INTELLECTUALLY CHALLENGED ... OR?

 Julia Sebutinde is the first black woman sitting on the International Court of Justice.  Apparently, she is serving her second term on this court

 

"Who is Julia Sebutinde? The judge against all ICJ rulings in Israel’s case"

"ICJ Judge Sebutinde voted against emergency measures requested by South Africa against Israel over its war on Gaza."

 This so-called Judge voted against all six humanitarian requests upon Israel, that, at least, 15 out of 17 ICJ judges voted for.  "Throughout her professional career, Sebutinde has been no stranger to controversies."  "On February 28, a disciplinary hearing to censure Griffiths (a London Barrister) was indefinitely adjourned because Sebutinde declined to be present, withdrawing “on principle”. This decision came after her earlier dissent from the order requiring Griffiths to apologise or face disciplinary action." 

 Even "An Israeli judge voted in favour of two of the six".  Emphasis added.

Apparently, In her warped, or challenged mind, she considered, the case ... "essentially and historically a political one", and as such, this court should not be involved, apparently  "In a dissenting opinion, Sebutinde stated the following: "  "In my respectful dissenting opinion the dispute between the State of Israel and the people of Palestine is essentially and historically a political one.”  Emphasis added.  This line of thinking seems to mirror a Zionist's reasoning.

She may not be a psychopath, however, she appears to come close to the definition of a sociopath, which speaks of a person, who, is a

"... person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience."  Definitions from Oxford Languages.

Britain's Failure in Palestine 1917-1948 ... The Balfour Project (updated)

 

Usually when old men from great powers decide the future for indigenous people in foreign lands, it usually turns into major problems down the road.  Their attitude probably is, "After me, the deluge".  Reference King Louis XV.  In general, an old 'fuddle doodle' should no longer be in high positions, of any kind.  Having already one foot in the grave, so to speak, makes it is easy for them to screw future generations, for personal gain.  They feel secure because nobody wants to follow them, where they are going any moment.

Britain "...limited Jewish immigration to 75,000 for five years and ruled that further immigration would then be determined by the Arab majority (section II). Needless to say, it was all lies, the Arab majority was never considered in the decision making process of any matter.  Even this immigration restriction was cancelled unilaterally sometime later, when enough money was paid under the table, probably.  In any event, the floodgates were opened to let unlimited numbers of Jews (settlers) enter Palestine, despite the foreseeable problem this will cause.

From the foregoing, it is clear that Britain, like other European countries, considered immigration by Jews a burden to the state, and perhaps "undesirable" for cultural reasons.  The solution, therefore, was to open up Palestine for the Jews, to protect Britain from this undesirable influx of Jews.
