"Palestinian director of Oscar-winning film detained by Israel"

Is this another example (proof?) that Israel has Trump (a man without a Soul?) in its pocket?

"The Israeli military has reportedly detained Hamdan Bilal, a Palestinian filmmaker and one of the directors of the Oscar-winning documentary "No Other Land," in the occupied West Bank in 2025.

According to reports from the Israeli press, three Palestinians were detained in the village of Susya, near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, on allegations of throwing stones at Israeli settlers who have been seizing Palestinian lands in the area.

Among those detained was Bilal, one of the directors of the Oscar-winning documentary "No Other Land."

Yinon Levi, a Jewish settler involved in the seizure of Palestinian lands, opened fire indiscriminately yesterday in Mesafir Yatta, south of Hebron, killing Avde Hadalin, a Palestinian activist who contributed to the "No Other Land" documentary.

Former U.S. President Joe Biden imposed sanctions on Levi due to his attacks on Palestinian civilians. However, these sanctions were lifted by former President Donald Trump after he took office."  Emphasis added.

"Israeli rights groups in landmark reports recognize Gaza 'genocide' "

The U.S. and Israel are acting very infantile by maintaining their positions on Gaza, like small children covering their eyes to deny reality.  This is acceptable considering the minds of the very young but for so-called mature people this is a sign of advanced mental decline, or the mind of a Sociopath or Psychopath.

"B’Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights are frequent critics of Israeli government policies, but their latest reports were the most scathing yet"

"In a landmark move for Israeli rights groups and NGOs, B’Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights declared Monday that the war in Gaza constitutes genocide against Palestinians.

Both organizations are frequent critics of Israeli government policies, but the language in their reports issued Monday was their most stark yet.

"Nothing prepares you for the realization that you are part of a society committing genocide. This is a deeply painful moment for us," B'Tselem executive director, Yuli Novak, told a news conference unveiling the two reports.

"As Israelis and Palestinians who live here and witness the reality every day, we have a duty to speak the truth as clearly as possible," she said.

Israel has left much of the Gaza Strip, home to more than 2 million Palestinians, in ruins, and according to the territory's Health Ministry, has killed at least 59,821 people, most of them civilians.

All Gazans have been driven from their homes at least once since the start of the war, and UN agencies warn that residents face a growing threat of famine and malnutrition.

The International Court of Justice, in an interim ruling in early 2024 in a case lodged by South Africa, found it "plausible" that the Israeli offensive had violated the UN Genocide Convention.

The Israeli government, backed by the United States, fiercely denies the charge and says it is fighting to defeat Hamas and to bring back Israeli hostages still held in Gaza.

The reports from B'Tselem – one of Israel's best-known rights groups – and Physicians for Human Rights Israel argue that the war's objectives go further.

B'Tselem's report cites statements from senior politicians to illustrate that Israel "is taking coordinated action to intentionally destroy Palestinian society in the Gaza Strip."

Physicians for Human Rights Israel's report documents what the group says is "the deliberate and systematic destruction of Gaza's health care system."

Israeli academics appeal

Also on Monday, the heads of five major Israeli universities appealed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to end the starvation in Gaza, warning of catastrophic consequences for civilians, including infants.

In a letter reported by the daily Israel Hayom, the signatories-Weizmann Institute President Alon Chen, Hebrew University President Asher Cohen, Technion President Uri Sivan, Tel Aviv University President Ariel Porat and Open University President Leo Corry-said they were "shocked" by the humanitarian toll in the Palestinian enclave.

"Like many Israelis, we are horrified by the scenes from Gaza, including infants dying every day from hunger and disease," the letter reads.

"Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians."

Israel's genocidal war on Gaza for the past 21 months was triggered by the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas incursion.

"Like many Israelis, we are horrified by the scenes from Gaza, including infants dying every day from hunger and disease," the letter reads.

The university presidents pressed Netanyahu to address "the severe hunger overwhelming Gaza, which is taking a heavy toll on civilians uninvolved in the conflict, including children and infants."

They also voiced alarm over incendiary remarks by Israeli ministers and Knesset members calling for Gaza's destruction.

"As a people who endured the horrors of the Holocaust, we also bear a responsibility to use every means at our disposal to prevent cruel and indiscriminate harm to innocent men, women and children," they wrote.

The letter also criticized statements by Israeli officials suggesting the use of nuclear weapons, the complete denial of food, and the expulsion of Palestinians.

"We expect you and the government to unequivocally condemn these dangerous remarks," they said, adding that such calls amount to "war crimes and crimes against humanity" under international law.

The university heads further warned against reported Israeli plans to build a so‑called "humanitarian city" in Rafah, likening it to World War II concentration camps. They said such a move would cause "irreparable damage" to Israel's moral standing."

"US, Israel withdraw from Gaza cease-fire talks"

It is the familiar story, Israel and the U.S. present a list of demands to the opposition (Hamas), and if the other party refuses to negotiate itself out of existence, they are labeled as acting in bad faith.  Why would anybody deal under such conditions?  In a legal sense these negotiations between unequal parties are invalid anyway.  It appears these negotiations are geared towards total domination, in the future, by one party over the other.  Where lies the fairness?

"Contracts will be found to be unconscionable and unenforceable under the law if a court determines that the parties had unequal bargaining power and if one party took advantage of the inferior"

"US, Israel withdraw from Gaza cease-fire talks"

"United States and Israel on Thursday cut short Gaza cease-fire talks in Qatar following Palestinian resistance group Hamas' response to the latest cease-fire and hostage deal proposal.

President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff said the U.S. was bringing home its negotiating team for consultations.

"While the mediators have made a great effort, Hamas does not appear to be coordinated or acting in good faith," Witkoff said in a statement. "We will now consider alternative options to bring the hostages home and try to create a more stable environment for the people of Gaza."

Hamas said it was surprised by Witkoff's remarks claiming the group lacked a desire to reach a cease-fire in Gaza and said it was committed to continuing negotiations.

"The movement affirms its keenness to continue negotiations and engage in them in a manner that helps overcome obstacles and leads to a permanent ceasefire agreement," Hamas said in a statement early on Friday.

It was unclear what "alternative options" the U.S. was considering."

"Hamas says it will only release all hostages in exchange for a full Israeli withdrawal and end to the war. Israel says it will not agree to end the war until Hamas gives up power and disarms, a condition the group rejects."   Emphasis added.

Are The Epstein Pedophile Clients Circling The Wagons?

It appears that the hunt for the Client List is nothing but a planted 'Red Herring', obfuscating that circumstantial evidence for each client already exists in public records; the flight logs are providing the names of visitors to the infamous sex island (little St. James) maintained by Epstein (previously owned by Jeffrey Epstein).  Now the public is told if the Client List does not exist (or is lost somehow) there is nothing to see, therefore nothing happened.  https://search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?hspart=ata&hsimp=yhs-003&grd=1&type=type9025810-aal-200001-200002&param1=200001&param2=200002&p=name+of+sex+Island+maintained+by+Epstein

One thing is certain; visitors to Epstein Island did not go there to worship God.  The Island was reached via St Thomas, probably by Helicopter.

This Sex Island may have been a tool, an opportunity, to film the shakers of the world with their pants down, performing illegal acts connected to 30 years to life prison sentences.  Epstein apparently was connected with Israel, and it is quite possible that his cinematic work was used to force favors from compromised clients, when the need arose.  This could explain the unmitigated support for Israel, no matter what, by some characters in high positions.

What is the criminal penalty for the sexual abuse of children?

"Child sexual abuse laws in the United States" Ref.

"Penalties for child sexual abuse"

"There are an estimated sixty million victims of child sexual abuse in America.[22] Penalties for child sexual abuse vary with the specific offenses for which the perpetrator has been convicted. Criminal penalties may include imprisonment, fines, registration as a sex offender, and restrictions on probation and parole. Civil penalties may include liability for damages, injunctions, involuntary commitment, and, for perpetrators related to their victims, loss of custody or parental rights."

"During the last three decades many state legislatures[14] have increased prison terms and other penalties for child sex offenders. This trend toward more stringent sentences generally targets those perpetrators who are repeat offenders,[23] who victimize multiple children,[24] or who stood in a position of trust with respect to their victims, such as a guardian, parent, pastor, or teacher.[25] In Colorado, lawmakers proposed a new law allowing the death penalty for repeat offenders. However, the bill was rejected by the state senate. Social workers argued that in intra-familial abuse, the victims could be intimidated by their abuser into thinking their family member would be killed if they reported the abuse."

No More Wars Cry Many Americans

Is Trump betraying America?  Only Congress has the power to start a war!  When will America stop to fight Israel's wars?  When will America take care of its own by spending their tax monies at home?  Why are America's poor ignored in favor of Israel?  What right does America have to dictate what a sovereign nation can and cannot do within its borders?  What right gives politicians the authority to fight their private dislikes against any nation?  These are the questions sane politicians should ask if they are serious about doing their job.

One politician is asking these and other questions.
